Introducing Elizabeth Keen now working at The Beauty Source based in the Cricklade Hotel and Country Club, located between Cirencester Malmesbury and Swindon.
Lizzie was trained by Christian Dior in London 14 years ago and went on to complete further training at The prestigious Cheshire Makeup Academy. Lizzie is a passionate and inspired makeup artist, taking real pride and pleasure from her work.
"I use make up to enhance a persons natural beauty and make them sparkle. I love the feeling of making someone feel confident and beautiful because both inner and outer beauty work in harmony."
Makeup can be used to highlight or completely change features, it provides a fabulous 'feel good factor' as well as creating imagery and therefore can benefit people from so many walks of life.
"I enjoy every aspect of makeup and the different routes it can take you. I regularly work on weddings, events and everyday make-overs. I am constantly updating my techniques and knowledge alongside the fast moving industry of fashion."
Wedding Make-up
Makeup plays a vital role in wedding photography as it evens out skin tones, enhances every beautiful feature and makes you glow for your wonderful day. On your actual wedding day people focus on two things, your wedding dress and your beautiful face.

Lizzie offers an initial wedding makeup trial and recommend that this is done 4 - 6 weeks before the big day. Lizzie works in The Beauty Source salon, situated within the Cricklade Hotel and Country Club. The studio enjoys genuine peace and quiet, ensuring total relaxation during your make over and making it even more of a special occasion.
However if you would prefer Lizzie also offers the option of coming to your home for the trial.
"I understand that everyone has different tastes, some like very natural makeup and others prefer dramatic makeup. I will listen to you and experiment with your look until you feel happy and confident. This is one of the most important days of your life and you must feel perfect!"
